    As a 20+ year resident of Philly, this is the only place in downtown Philly to have Vietnamese food. Their Pho noodle soup is the best value for money. A large bowl can fill two small people easily! They have awesome spring rolls and BBQ beef/pork rice. I do take out for dinner for my family whenever I can when I go downtown! C.H.
