Do we just want to make this an informal event or something that spans a week and accomplishes certain objectives? I know one of the thing we gotta do is to bring them around to the important places like Chinatown, Pat's cheesesteak, SSN application centre. Other ideas?

yea...there are a few objectives to this event. 1. welcome session (to provide support, QnA, and an introduction into the NCBV family) 2. orientate them to the nearby facilities 3. Have fun within the batch and between both batches We do not want to spoonfeed them all the information but be a source of support and introduce them into the family.
