Quarterly Group Sharing and Feedback Sessions

Idea Abstract
Group sessions to share, allow students to practice presentation and get feedback and suggestions from peers and mentors

Idea Details
Select about 6 interns, who wants to, to present their internship experiences to the whole group for the purpose of sharign success stories and also not so successful ones.

The second purpose is to also have the opportunity for the group to provide support, feedback and suggestions.

Students themselves gets a chance to practice their presentation skills.

Each student should have 5 minutes to present and allow 10 minutes for discussion. This will make it about a 90 minute session, 2 hrs at most.

    Do consider alternating between formal and informal presentations, keeping in mind the feedback recieved for the first session for Infusion, where we did formal presentations.

    Yup that's a good idea. This is similar to the Infusion session that our batch conducted with Batch 10 in April but this will be more focused as it is just on internship.

    Think its a great idea to give all of us a chance to present. We can work on the topic and scope of presentation to make it a useful experience for all! Batch 9 held a Pitch Competition, whereby they had to pitch new ideas to a panel of entrepreneurs.
