My takeaways from the talk: there has been little problem for me to go after the goals that I have set for myself. But from CH's talk, I realize that there are things that I can do to motivate myself more: to have redemption plans for the goals that I set, as it forces me to be more accountable for what I plan to achieve; and consider the regrets if I failed to achieve the goals.
